DEATH PENALTY SUPPORTERS
OUR AIMS:
1.1. To campaign for the reinstatement of the death penalty for murderers.
1.2. To combat the high murder rate in South Africa. More than 20 000+ people are murdered every year and
60+ per day in South Africa, and the number is increasing.
1.3. To avenge, through the state, the deaths of our loved ones that have died by murder.
1.4. To protect our lives and the lives of our families.
1.5. To team up with like-minded people that share the same values and perceptions regarding the quality,
safety and respect for life.
1.6. To report to the South African government that should any members of this organisation lose their lives
due to murder, the death penalty should be implement on their perpetrators.
1.7. To alert the government that some of us, our families or loved ones, currently live in fear as they have
been threatened by certain unscrupulous people.
1.8. To make all neighbourhoods in South Africa safe, regardless of economic and social class.

OUR STRATEGY
2.1. Petition parliament;
2.2. Call a national referendum;
2.3. Vote for political parties that support the death penalty;
2.4. Observe the quality, speed, costs and conviction rate of our justice system;
2.5. Partner with international communities that currently apply the death penalty in their countries.
Only parliament has the power to create and amend the laws of the country. On 3 September 2021 in the matter of the Electoral Commission vs. Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs and Others, concerning the local government elections of 2021, the Constitutional Court stated that it can only abide by, and execute laws adopted by parliament. We only need to petition parliament to pass the law to have the death penalty reinstated.
